Meet Humphrey!

Humphrey is a gentle, shy boy looking for a patient and loving home where he can slowly come out of his shell. He'll need a safe space to build his confidence, and once he feels secure, his sweet and affectionate personality will shine through.

His adopters should have a basic understanding of cat body language to ensure Humphrey's comfort. Starting him off in a launch room with plenty of hiding spots will help him feel safe as he adjusts to his new environment. A quiet home with low foot traffic will allow him to settle in at his own pace.

Humphrey may retreat at first, so it's important for adopters to go slowly and give him time to feel safe. He's best suited for homes with respectful older children who understand his need for space. He may also be okay with another cat, as long as introductions are done slowly and carefully.
