About Isaac
Our Isaac is a "new dude on the block" at our shelter. He comes across as a smooth operator, with his "salt and pepper hair" and an imposing presence at almost 7 kgs, however he's a gentle, loveable giant. Isaac is blessed with an easy-going, casual disposition - quiet and no fuss is his style. Please read on to discover what Isaac needs are:-
CARE - Isaac is in good health and with loving care from his new human and a nutritious diet, he has many wonderful years ahead of him. A nutritious diet is one with high-quality dry biscuits, delicious servings of wet food and many sources of fresh water to maintain his hydration.
HOME - due to his quiet nature and age, Isaac would benefit from a "launch room" and a calm, mature home would suit him best. Any children would be older ones, who would respect his needs. It's not known if Isaac has had a friendly relationship with any dogs or other cats in his past.
ENVIRONMENT - an indoor lifestyle for Isaac is a must as outside isn't a safe place for a cat due to there being many dangers that will shorten his life. Most cats have an instinct to kill wildlife and it's necessary for their responsible cat guardians to protect our birds, lizards etc from them. Inside his home, cat scratcher trees would give Isaac lots of enjoyment, especially if they are placed near a window and also where his human companions would rest. Please come and meet our cool dude. XO
