Hello furr-bulous people, my name is Nyx.

Nature
I am a sweet but sometimes shy girl who came into care after being rescued from the streets. I was saved just in time by the Angels and now enjoy a relaxed life with my foster family.

I can take some time to warm up but once I do, I will reward you with pats and attention with the most impressive purr my Foster Mum has heard from a young girl such as myself.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
My foster home has feline friends for me to play with and I enjoy their company. I am still coming out of my shell but I find comfort in their presence.

I also have a pooch friend in my foster home and whilst I am not overly bothered by her, she is a quiet pooch who is used to going slow with new company. I think I would be OK with another cat-savvy pooch with a slow introduction.

I have not had any exposure to younger children but I enjoy the company of older kids and teenagers who know to take it slow so I can get to know them.

Likes / Dislikes
I am a young girl who is learning to play and have found a fun koala toy that I like to chase and pounce on, so with time to adjust my playful side will grow.

I love my food and look forward to meal time, especially if you are feeding me fish.

As my confidence is still growing, things such as loud noises like a car backfiring or a door banging shut will see me run for cover, but most people get a fright from these things.

My PURR-fect home would be with a quiet family who will allow me time to adjust. I am a sweetheart and will give you all the love in the world once I am settled. I would love a kitty friend to play with and keep me company, a partner in crime, after all, I am named after the Greek Goddess of night.

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.
