About Jedda*Needs Foster/Adopt*
Meet jedda,
jedda is one of the luckiest guys around. He has found some amazing temporary carers who have given him a reprieve this easter, but he is desperately in need of a real home or longer foster. Can you help?
jedda had a pretty awful life as a "backyard filler" being treated like an inconvenience, before he wound up in the pound where he sat for 5 weeks in a concrete pen while his owners decided whether they would pick him up :(
this little guy needs lots of tlc to help him become the perfect pet as he has had a really tough time. We know he's worth the little bit of extra help he needs though and when he bounces around with a big smile on his face, it makes it all worthwhile!
update: big thanks to kathleen, kate liebeck, yvonne liebeck and lauren lj wilson who have kindly opened their homes to this little boy this week. Jedda is still looking for a forever home and will be safe and fattened over easter!
about jedda:
he is a very sweet dog that needs attention and one on one focus as he is easily distracted (responds really really well to food! go figure). - sits, lays down. He is about 2-3 years old and has hearing issues, not completely deaf however you need to be really loud or be right in front of him so he can see where you are. - probably because he has been starved he is such a guts! protective of his food but will not bite (growl and snap if you get too close). However if you are feeding him out of your hand is pretty gentle. - at night, leave one light on and he calms down and relaxes pretty quickly and will go to sleep. Does not jump fences but does love car rides!!! cannot wait to get back in the car. He is also very good on the lead. Does not pull at all and stays right next to you. Doesn't worry about cars or other dogs when walking. He now sits and is still so you can pat him. He isn't that noisy and not boisterous at all. Jedda is a sweet boy learning to become a family dog. If you can see him fitting in to your life, please call. . He is well worth it. If you are able to offer foster care after easter or would like to adopt jedda please get in touch
Medical notes
Jedda will be vaccinated, microchipped and sterilised asap
