About Alice - 4 Month Old American Staffy X (Trial)
Meet Alice, the most adorable 4.5 month old Staffy x in the entire Newcastle area.
With Alice, there is no such thing as too many cuddles and her sweet little face and big floppy ears make you want to cover her in smooches! Her shiny brindle coat is softer than your favourite teddy bear and her gentle kisses without a doubt make Alice the ultimate snuggle buddy.
She doesn’t seem to be in a rush for much and is quite happy going her own pace…. unless there is food! Alice potters around the house through the day, exploring the backyard and gardens with her foster mom, soaking up the sunshine before heading inside for a nap on the couch. Being food motivated has helped Alice quickly perfect her ‘sit’, ‘stay’, and ‘come’ training.
Whether you have a busy family household or a quiet and calm environment, Alice will happily fit into your routine as long as she can be with you.
She is dog friendly and likes to meet new fur friends when out and about but doesn’t necessarily have to live with other dogs as she is content following around her human besties. Alice is toilet trained and will let you know when she needs to go outside if a doggy door isn’t available and sleeps throughout the night without waking for toilet breaks.
Alice isn’t a digger or an escape artist and the best part – she is not a chewer! She will gnaw on her toys and treats, maybe a stick from the garden or a leaf she caught blowing through the yard but that’s it. The first time you hear her bark, chances are you’ll look around wondering where that deep noise came from only to realise it was sweet little Alice letting you know she needs more pats and cuddles.
Her foster mum describes Alice as the most amazing companion who will imprint and steal your heart while forming a beautiful bond.
Some fun facts about me:
- I know tricks such as sit, wait and come
- I love car rides and feeling the wind in my fur
- I fold up like a squishy teddy bear when you pick me up to cuddle
- I get along with other dogs and young children
- I am learning to be brave and guard the house if I am alone and my family is out for more than a couple hours
- I will bring the ball back to you when we play fetch
