About Prince π
πΎππΎ SE QLD - MEET PRINCE (Expressions of Interest) πΎπ πΎ
Little Prince is not quite ready to find his forever home yet but we would like to take the opportunity to introduce this gorgeous 9 year old senior boy and also remind all dog and pug owners that we are here to help! π
It does not cost you anything to surrender your pug.
This is what we do. When you, for what ever reasons, can't look after your pug anymore, please don't let them suffer. They deserve more and they need you to make that decision for them - because without a shadow of the doubt - you LOVE them! And you want the best for them π
πππ₯°
This is Princey's story, a heartfelt one from his foster carer:
"When we first met Prince it was obvious he was a sweet, loving and gentle puggie but also clearly weighed down by pain.
His little face and ears showed his obvious discomfort. He had open sores over his body and scratched non stop. We booked him in for an urgent vet visit that afternoon, which revealed that he had a severe skin allergy and rampant ear infections. His skin was so thick and blackened from the persistent inflammation the vets were unable to find a vein to test his bloods π₯π
The little man was given a course of steroids, antibiotics and prescription food with additional instructions for twice weekly medicated baths. That night I cried watching him literally scratch himself til he bled and said a little prayer that the medication worked quickly so he would feel better as soon as possible. I couldnβt comprehend how something that affected him so much had been left to get so bad.
It has been remarkable to see the transformation over the last couple of weeks. Princy has gone from being in obvious pain, sad and reserved, to now literally smiling and running around happy and itch free. His black skin is slowly recovering with his new coat slowly coming through. He will likely always need monthly medication and prescription food to treat his allergies but watching him now pain free and thriving, to me, is worth it.
Princy's story is a heartwarming reminder in the importance of responsible pet ownership and the profound impact compassionate care can have on our little doggies everyday life." π€ππ₯°
On that note, we would like to remind everyone that might be going through tough times to remember that we are here to help! Services like ours exists, so that our innocent four legged friends do not need to suffer.
Stay tuned on Prince's journey and feel free to let us know if you may be interested in adopting a gorgeous little senior pug that is patiently waiting for his fur-ever home π‘πΎ
