Meet Harry!

Harry is a friendly, ginger boy who is the perfect balance of affectionate and self-sufficient. His bright, chirpy personality makes him always happy to come by for a pat but doesn't mind if you need your space—Harry's content to observe people from a cosy spot nearby but more than ANYTHING Harry desperately wants to be friends with other animals.

While Harry isn't a lap cat, he loves lounging around people, maybe on the seat next to you or keeping an eye on things from the middle of the room. He's a happy and playful presence in your home, thrilled to be included in any way.

He's super tidy, litter box trained, never plays with things that aren't offered to him as toys, and never gets into any mischief up on countertops as he's not big on climbing.

Harry spends his evenings by the back door waiting for his roster of stray cat friends to roll through our backyard and say hello. He has been embarrassingly keen to make friends with other cats that we've had in foster care, especially if they're up for some playtime. He's always a gentle and tolerant playmate, though he might need a little consoling when it's time to let others have their space.

Harry would fit right in with a single person, a couple, or a family with older kids where he can have lots of opportunity for play. Needless to say, he'd do exceptionally well in a home with another cat.

Microchipped, vaccinated, and desexed—Harry's ready to meet you! Come by and find out if he's the perfect companion for you.

All 2nd Chance Cat Rescue cats are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, flea and worm treated and come with a take home pack. We transfer the change of Ownership free of charge into your name.
