Kitty is an incredibly affectionate, gentle and confident cat who quickly wins over everyone she meets. She’s wonderfully friendly with new people and happily greets visitors, making herself right at home with friends and family alike.
While she’s perfectly content spending the day relaxing on her own, Kitty absolutely loves welcoming you home and being part of whatever you’re doing. In the evenings, her favourite place is curled up on your lap while you watch TV, soaking up all the attention she can get. She’s also quite chatty and will happily meow back when you talk to her, making her a lovely companion to interact with.
Kitty loves playtime, plenty of affection and especially enjoys a good butt pat! She’s patient, tolerant and exceptionally gentle. She has never shown any aggression, even when she’s being handled or accidentally bothered. She’ll even let you pat her belly happily. Her calm, forgiving nature would make her a fantastic companion for children or for someone adopting their very first cat.
She has also shown she can happily live alongside other pets, and her easy going personality means she adapts well to different home environments. To top it all off, Kitty isn’t a fussy eater, making her an easy and low maintenance companion

Adoption details
Adopting with Kittie Kat Rescue Inc.
Bringing a new pet into your home is a long-term commitment—both emotionally and financially. Cats can live 15 to 20 years, so it's essential that all family members are prepared to provide love, shelter, and a safe environment for their lifetime. This includes premium nutrition, regular veterinary care, and ensuring they are kept indoors only or have access to a secure, cat-proof outdoor enclosure.
Our Adoption Process:
-Initial Contact & Questionnaire. We’ll start by sending you our adoption questionnaire via email or text message. This helps us understand your home environment and what you're looking for in a feline companion.
-Video Tour. We will require a video tour of your home, focusing on safety features such as secure screens on windows, doors and balconies. Plus, we’d love to see where your new kitty will be set up in their new home!
-Meet & Greet with the Foster Carer. Once your application is complete and approved, we’ll arrange a time for you to meet the cat with their foster carer.
-Adoption & Bringing Your Cat Home. In some cases, if your application is approved and the cat has completed all their vet work, they can go home with you straight after the meet and greet (an adoption fee is payable). Adoption paperwork will follow.
-Settling-In Period & Adoption Finalisation. Every adoption includes a two-week settling-in period from the time of adoption. If, for any reason, your new cat isn’t the right fit for your home, you can return them within this period for a 50% refund of the adoption fee.
-All of our cats come microchipped, desexed, with one or more vaccinations, and will be lifetime registered. Depending on their age, kittens may need their second (and potentially third) vaccination undertaken by the adopter after adoption. The transfer of ownership is completed as soon as possible.
Adoption fees:
-Kittens: $350
-Cats 1 - 3 Years: $275
-Cats 3 Years+: $200
All adoptions will also carry a lifetime registration/admin fee of $62 on top of the above adoption price.
