About Lady
Introducing Lady!
Lady is a Foxie born 29th April 2024.
Lady was surrendered to the facility as her owner has sadly been diagnosed with terminal cancer and she is unable to care for her. Her surrender profile states she is not house trained, has no separation anxiety, travels well in the car, is friendly with children & adult strangers, it also says she's good with cats & dogs.
Since being at the facility she has been quite shy, but incredibly friendly & affectionate. She does wee when she gets excited or if she's scared of something. Lady loves climbing on your lap to snuggle into.
She would be suitable to live with another dog or be a spoilt "only child". If you have a friendly dog at home we will need to do a meet & greet with them to ensure they get along before going home.
Like every pup, Lady will thrive with early socialisation and exposure to many different people, sights, sounds, and experiences will ensure she grows to be a well rounded companion.
Given her breed, there is a possibility that Lady is going to be an intelligent & quite a high energy girl, so she will need a family who is able to stimulate her mentally & physically.
She still has so much to learn about the world and life and would love to be in a home where she is included as a member of the family. Lady will thrive in an environment that guides her with positive direction and lots of love and attention.
Being young she is still growing into her personality, but this young lady is a very loving pup who loves to cuddle and kiss.
Lady's adoption fee is $700 and includes her desexing and lifetime registration.
Lady has been treated for flea and worms and is up to date with her vaccinations.

Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please contact us on 0499 900 272.
Staff will ask more about your lifestyle and the information you provide will helps us to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home. We will also have certain adoption requirements that have to be approved prior to meeting the animal (eg fencing requirements, no young kids, etc)
Once all of your questions have been answered and adoption requirements met and approved, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the shelter in the Hunter Valley.
Should you have an existing dog in your life, we will require a meet and greet to ensure that they get along.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
