hi my name is "meggsie". I'm not used to the spotlight being on just little old me. . So i'm very shy when i first meet people. . And if i go somewhere new it is very scary for me. But i will eventually come out of my shell once i know i am safe and i can trust you. Noisy unpredictable little people and men are very scary to me. I must go to a nice quiet home with wonderful understanding cat people who want to help a cat get through a traumatic period in their life.

i need to go to a household without children or dogs - and although i am frightened of men i have proven that i can have wonderful friendships with men just as long as they are the quiet slow and gentle type.

my new companions must like sitting quietly and talking to me. Then as i start to get to know you perhaps i will allow you to stroke me gently or even give me a comb. Then once we are friends & i trust you all of that is history - i will be right at your feet wherever you are! i am a very affectionate talkative & loving kitty - it just takes me time to adjust. Now i even love my foster mum's husband & one of the other feline residents in the household.
