About Bento
***Japanese Dinner Posse***
Hello my name is Bento and I am a playful little love bug. I was rejected by my mother when I was less than a week old, but luckily, I was bottle-fed and raised with lots of love. Because of that, I think humans are the best thing ever! I’m part Burmese, so my siblings and I are sturdy little kittens, and we charge around the house like a herd of elephants.
I do have a bedtime routine, when I am sleepy and on my foster mummy’s lap I will suckle and knead on her, I am one of the best bakers in my litter and I will lay on her kneading and suckling, until I am ready for sleep. I will do this whether she is on the couch or on her desk chair working, I do need her lap as much of the day as I can possibly get it, so if you are thinking of adopting me you will have to have a replacement lap warmed up and ready to go.
I also love to supervise the scooping of the litter, as I am always curious to know why the Hooman loves my poop so much that she puts it in a bag. It is a mystery that I must solve, so I will be there every time she does it to ponder the disappearance of the poop. She does try to hinder my investigation by picking me up and putting me beside the litter box, but I just get back in.
My favourite toy is the laser pointer, that red dot has insulted my kind for generations, and I will destroy it one day. When I play with it, I get super serious and super focused that I sprint from one end of the house to the other and skid around corners, and if other foster kittens are in the way I will run over the top of them.
I am a Boy Kitten.
All Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens come to you vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, flea treated, and litter trained. As we are a rescue group, the adoption fee is not negotiable. Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens are indoor or cat enclosure only and must go to homes that intend them to stay that way. This is for their safety, the health of the cat or kitten and for the environment. It is our foster carer’s choice as to which home a cat or kitten goes to. We match the cats and kittens to the adoptee; we do not necessarily “sell” to the first caller. As our foster carers are all volunteers raising the cats and kittens in their own home, we would appreciate you letting them know if you cannot make an appointment.
Medical notes
