Meet Squirrel, born in April 2024, a sweet and pretty girl from 2nd Chance Cat Rescue who is eagerly waiting for her forever family. Despite her strapping figure, Squirrel doesn't have any health issues, and our vets have confirmed she's in good health. This adorable, chubby little kitten needs a dedicated owner who will help her go on a diet and encourage her to shed some pounds through play and exercise.
Squirrel is laid-back and, though initially shy, she enjoys being held, cuddled, and will happily curl up next to you for some cozy relaxation. Her calm demeanor would make her a wonderful addition to any household looking for a low-maintenance and affectionate companion. Having another friendly cat around would be great for her social and emotional well-being, but it's worth noting that she and her suspected sister don't quite see eye to eye, so her new feline friend should have a gentle and easygoing nature.

All 2nd Chance Cat Rescue cats are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, flea and worm treated and come with a take home pack. We transfer the change of Ownership free of charge into your name.

ADOPTION QUESTIONNAIRE
We ask that you complete an Adoption Questionnaire before we make arrangements for you to meet a cat or kitten. This is to ensure that we find the best possible match for you and the cats/kittens in our care.
PROCEDURE
1. Go to our website www.2ndchancecatrescue.com.au and go to our adopting page.
2. You can complete the online application by following http://www.2ndchancecatrescue.com.au/adopting/adoption-form
3. Or you can download the document and email back via 2ndchancecatrescuevic@gmail.com
4. If your application is successful, we will contact you to arrange a meet and greet.
Please note that the adoption fee as stated on the cat's profile is required on the day of adoption and we only accept cash.

2nd Chance Cat Rescue is a home-based rescue group and most of our volunteers are working full-time so we hope that you understand that it may take 1-2 days to get back to you.
