Meet Gerry – Your New Best Friend!

Gerry is an adorable little pup with a big personality! Rescued from an unoccupied house with his mum and littermates, he’s now thriving in his foster home, where he’s enjoying lots of playtime and socializing with three other puppies and an adult dog. Gerry’s days are filled with fun, adventure, and endless love!

Personality:
Gerry is a confident and playful pup with a cheeky streak! While he’s mostly outgoing, he has occasional moments of shyness that quickly pass. He loves being around other dogs and plays well with them, making him a perfect companion for a home with other pets. Gerry is cuddly, but he likes to snuggle on his own terms—this independent boy knows what he likes! Always by your side, he’s especially fond of his foster mum, often showing his sweet, affectionate side with a little cry when he needs extra love. He’s also getting more comfortable with quiet time in his crate and gaining more confidence socially.

Training & Socialization:
Gerry is learning fast! He’s mostly house-trained, preferring to do his business outside or on his mat. He’s had a couple of accidents, but he’s improving every day. He listens well and would thrive with continued training to strengthen his good habits. With his playful spirit and sharp mind, he’d enjoy puppy classes and all the new adventures his forever home has to offer!

Fun Fact:
Gerry recently attended his dog club’s Xmas party and took part in all the events—including the rescue dog parade—and guess what? He won the egg and spoon race! 😆 He’s super sweet and very respectful of the cats in his foster home. However, he does have a hilarious obsession with harassing the motorbike frogs in the garden. 🤦‍♀️
