About Liam
Are you someone who enjoys a relaxed lifestyle and would like to find a dog who matches this vibe? Well, come and meet Liam, I just know you two will hit it off. He’s the kind of mate who enjoys his daily walk, a good sunbake on the deck, and loves to quietly soak up the good vibes around him.
Liam’s got a peaceful way about him. He doesn’t bark—he’s probably the quietest dog you’ll ever meet—and he handles life with a soft, calm attitude. On walks, he’ll sniff every bush and pole like it’s his job, but back home, he’s more of a “find a comfy spot and chill” kind of guy. He gets plenty of attention from people around the neighbourhood, and they’re always impressed by how great he looks—especially for a dog of his age!
This lovely boy is happiest when he’s got a yard to zoom around in and then some space to relax. Inside or outside, he’s not fussed as long as he has the freedom to roam and enjoy his own company. Liam’s a creature of habit, loving a solid routine—whether it's his walks, meals, or finding the sunniest spot to nap in.
Liam has impeccable manners, too—he won’t barge through doors or steal food from your plate. You’ll find him resting his head on your arm, patiently waiting for you to finish your meal, a quiet reminder that he’s around but never pushy. And when it’s bath time, he just stands there, patiently getting through it like a true gentleman, even if it's not his favourite.
If you’re thinking, “Hmm, what about kids?” Well, Liam’s had some practice with grandkids, and though he’s a big softie, younger children might feel a bit overwhelmed by his size. For school-aged kids and up, though, Liam’s easy-going nature fits right in. He’s great with other dogs too, although he’s just as content being your one-and-only, basking in the attention of the people he trusts.
Rain’s about the only thing that makes him head inside faster than usual—he can sense it coming before you even notice!
Liam would thrive in a home where he has access to both inside and outside spaces. He’s not a fan of being cooped up inside all day, so a yard where he can zoom around or just lay in the sun would be ideal.
Liam appreciates being close to his people, providing gentle company without being too attached at the hip.
If you’re after a gentle, well-mannered companion with a soft heart and an appreciation for life’s simple pleasures, Liam might just be your match. Ready to meet him? He’s waiting, quietly of course!

Adoption details
When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s guardian—the person who knows them best!
From here, the guardian will be in touch to learn more about you and chat with you about their pet. It’s a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
If your home and lifestyle match the pet's needs, the next step will be arranging a meet-and-greet to make sure everyone is happy to proceed with a formal adoption.
Following the adoption, change of ownership paperwork will be completed, and proof of vaccination, microchipping, and desexing (if applicable, as indicated on the listing) will be provided.
All pets adopted through Home2Home will require an adoption contract to be signed and an adoption fee to be paid. The pet’s guardian will complete the adoption contract with you and provide a link to PetRescue’s secure payment portal for completing the adoption fee payment.
