About Foxy Roxy
Hi there, I'm Foxy Roxy!
I'm a fabulous 4-year-old tortoiseshell and white beauty with a flair for the dramatic. I rule my domain like the queen I am, and honestly, I'd rather it stay that way - no other cats, thank you very much. I prefer to keep my castle all to myself.
Let's get one thing straight: I've got plenty of sass and a whole lot of personality. I'm not the kind of cat who just loves anyone and everyone - oh no, I choose my humans carefully. I do enjoy a cuddle... but only when I want it. When I'm ready for affection, you better be ready to shower me with love. And when I'm not? Well, I'll let you know.
I'd thrive best with older kids who understand my diva ways and won't be in my face all the time. So, if you're looking for a sassy little queen to keep you on your toes, I might just be your girl. As long as you remember - it's my world, and you're just living in it!
Think you can handle my attitude and adore me as I deserve? Let's find out!
To book a meet and greet with Foxy Roxy please phone 5441-2209 or email barcreception@bendigo.vic.gov.au . Due to the high volume of emails received, enquiries with a request for a specific appointment with phone details included will receive a response as priority over generic applications which state they are interested in meeting an animal.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
