About Jabba
Meet Jabba, a 7-month-old bundle of joy who is ready to steal your heart!
Jabba absolutely LOVES playing with his ball, darting around with endless energy and excitement.
He's a social butterfly who adores other dogs and would be over the moon to have a canine companion to play with at home.
This adventurous pup also loves people and is always eager to make new friends, both two-legged and four-legged.
Jabba is an explorer at heart, with a love for discovering new sights and sounds wherever he goes. The world is his playground, and he's always ready to dive headfirst into the next adventure. He's just an all-around awesome dog looking for a forever family that can match his zest for life.
If you're searching for a best friend who will brighten every day, Jabba is the one for you! Being a young pup, he will benefit from training to help him grow into the perfect companion. Are you ready for this incredible journey with Jabba?
To book a meet and greet with Jabba please phone 5441-2209 or email barcreception@bendigo.vic.gov.au . Due to the high volume of emails received, enquiries with a request for a specific appointment with phone details included will receive a response as priority over generic applications which state they are interested in meeting an animal.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
