Misty is the ultimate social butterfly, always ready to be everyone's best friend! She thrives on playtime, attention, and getting her luxurious fur brushed. She also loves a good, long nap. Adaptable and easy-going, she fits right in wherever she goes. She especially loves her foster sister, Stormi, and is always the first to start a playful romp! Like all Maggie's pets, Misty is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: One where I can enjoy the best of both worlds—being around a loving family while still having some independence during the day. I'm perfectly content on my own while you're at work but I come alive with playful energy and crave attention whenever you're home!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I am the definition of mellow— I'm perfectly content with long, leisurely naps throughout the day, sprinkled with a bit of playtime here and there. I have a calm and easygoing energy that's just right for a cozy and relaxed home!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I'm incredibly easy-going, making me a great fit for a home with children. Their energy and activity wouldn’t faze me one bit—I'm happy to adapt and stay her calm, friendly self no matter what!
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I'm a great companion for other cats—I adore her foster sister, Stormi, (https://www.petrescue.com.au/listings/1065347) and even get a bit of separation anxiety when we're apart (would be ideal for us to be adopted together as a pair!). When it comes to dogs, I'm a bit unsure and would need some time and patience to adjust!

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
