Oh ... you wanted a dog? Sorry, Mia is a horse that is pretending to be a dog. She is our Gentle Giant.

Our big girl is just the sweetest lady you will ever come across. Mia came in to our care after her previous family could no longer look after her. They did a wonderful job raising Mia and now it is time for you to reap the rewards.

Mia is such a smart girl! She knows sit, down, paw and has such wonderfully polite manners. She adores her food (what girl doesn't) and she loves treats, kongs and pigs ears! We have been told that Mia enjoys chasing after a ball and will give you a run for your money in a game of tug-o-war.

Mia has lived with children and cats and absolutely adores them (although she might be taller than most of them). While she has not lived with dogs she has had positive interactions with them and might like a canine friend. As always, nice slow introductions to existing kids and pets will help make sure Mia has a seamless transition into your home.
