About Biscuit
Beautiful Biscuit is ready to share her love with someone or a whole family.
Biscuit has a all rounder personality, she loves to play and go on a run. She loves to play and play tug of war with her doggie friends. Biscuit is always happy to meet someone new, if you sit down she is instantly by your side for a pat, quickly falling asleep under your arm.
Although she can be laid back biscuit is young with a working dog brain, and needs things to do during the day, she loves to play and has started to show interest in playing fetch. Biscuit also seeks attention from her dog friends to play with her regularly, so she would be excited with a new friend that is willing to play too. Once she has had some fun she is happy to take a nap somewhere comfy.
As she is sometimes a little excited to see you appear, Biscuit is currently learning her manners, to sit and not to jump up. Progressing well in her toilet training, if she has access to her yard she will go out. Biscuit would benefit from further social training. She can be unsure or scared of new environments, although she is curious enough with a little encouragement, training and exposure she is quick to gain trust and confidence. In safe areas she has also started recall training.
If your looking for a new play buddy who is also happy to snuggle with you on the couch, Biscuit will make a loving, loyal addition to your family.

* Please note, this is not a contract or agreement of any kind, only expression of interest in our dog. We will not conduct any meet and greets unless this form has been filled out and submitted for review. Only approved applicants will get to meet our dogs. *
Once approved you will be contacted by a team member and can organise a time best suited to meet with the carer and dog. If you have other dogs they must also be at the meeting, including any children in the immediate family.
Before applying please consider the following:
• real estate approval if renting
• any fencing repairs that may need to be done
• outside shelter
• breed knowledge
• do you have enough time for the breed of dog you are applying for?
If you and the dog get along, you have to option of taking the dog on the spot (at this time you will need to pay the full adoption price and sign the adoption agreement) You will then get a 2-week trial with the dog, during this time should things not work out you are to return the dog to Dusty Paws Dog Rescue. You will then receive a full refund; less $50 admin fee within 7 business days of the return of the dog.

Please also keep in mind that we are a volunteer run rescue which means we don’t have someone manning the phone 24/7, we all work full time jobs and get back to your calls and messages as soon as we can. We thank you for your time and patients with us.
