About Beth
Swipe Right for Beth!
Hey there, I'm Beth-a 10-month-old White German Shepherd cross with a big heart and an even bigger love for adventure! Right now, I'm spending my days at the shelter, hanging out in a playgroup with three of my favorite furry friends, but I'm ready to break out of here and find my perfect match. Could that be you?
I'm a friendly, outgoing girl who loves meeting new dogs, so if you already have a pup at home, that's a big plus for me! I'm all about living life to the fullest-whether it's hiking through the woods, strolling by the beach, or just exploring new trails and sniffing out all the best scents. If you're the type who loves an active lifestyle and a partner to share it with, then we might just be soulmates.
I've got a playful spirit and a love for fun, but I also have a gentle side. I'd be happy in a home with kids, especially if they're respectful and understand that I might need a little time to warm up. I think it's important to meet my potential human siblings first, just to make sure we all vibe well together-after all, every great relationship starts with a great first date, right?
If you're looking for a loving, energetic companion who's always ready for the next adventure, swipe right on me! I promise to bring joy, excitement, and endless tail wags into your life. Let's embark on this journey together-I'm ready when you are!
To book a meet and greet with Beth please phone 5441-2209 or email barcreception@bendigo.vic.gov.au . Due to the high volume of emails received, enquiries with a request for a specific appointment with phone details included will receive a response as priority over generic applications which state they are interested in meeting an animal.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
