Woof Woof, I'm Augustus!

I know what you're thinking... and I am the cutest little fella you've seen!!

I'm a sweet but shy boy so I can be a little nervous meeting unfamiliar faces, but a few treats and some pats usually wins me over. Once I'm confident I turn into a happy, smoochy boy.

I am still learning to appreciate touching and handling, so I would love hoomans who understand boundaries and that I may want time to myself at times. I may be okay sharing a home with humans of all ages. However, my friends at the shelter kindly ask that all children aged under 12 years attend my meet & greet to ensure everyone is comfortable. Ideally I would prefer a quiet home to help me settle into my soon to be new lifestyle.

I wouldn't mind a doggo friend in my new home to help show me the world isn't as scary as it seems, pending a successful meet & greet at the shelter.

I came into the shelter looking a little rough on the edges. My wonderful team of new friends help done wonders for me, so my new humans will need to keep up with regular check ups and nail trims :)

Head down to the Cranbourne shelter today as I won't last long.
