Meet Indy!!

She is still quite young so plenty to learn, it is unfortunate that she was surrendered to us at the end of July.

Indy hasn't had the best start to life and is looking for a family who will treat her like the queen she is. She remains positive here in the shelter but it will take time for her to be comfortable outside of this environment.

Indy will thrive in a secondary school-aged home and older, it may take her a little bit longer to warm up to you given her history but once she does this girl will lean into you for pats and give you sweet kisses to show her trust in you.

This girl loves a treat or two and this will help your bond form when you are introducing yourself or if you are showing her new environments, her confidence will start to grow and you can show her that the world is a beautiful place.

Indy would need to be the only dog in the home so she can soak up all of your love and attention. Just because she want's to be the centre of attention in the home, doesn't mean she wouldn't like, later down the track, have some dog friends. These meetings would need to be done in a positive and slow manner, so she is always at her most comfortable.
