There is only one way to describe little Miss Bonnee Lou - As sweet as pie!
Bonnee Lou is the sweetest, most gentle little lady. She is happy and oh so thankful to have been rescued from her scary circumstances.

Bonnee Lou currently lives in a foster home with cats, dogs, young children and chickens. She absolutely loves all her housemates, although she has learnt that the cats don't always want her loving so she has learnt to keep her distance when needed.

She is easily adaptable, super friendly and loving. She is a typical high energy Border Collie that would thrive with fellow doggy siblings that she could play all day long with, although she would be happy enough as an only pup, ensuring she has enough daily stimulation to keep her working breed brain happy!

Bonnee Lou is fantastic with kids and very tolerant. However, Bonnee is learning that her little love nips are not always wanted, her new forever family would need to continue her training around this.

As mentioned, beautiful Bonnee Lou did have quite a scary start to life, as a result she is terrified of a lead. Her foster family is working on desensitising her and teaching her that a lead means walkies and walkies are great! This training will become more exciting when she has completed her vaccinations and safe to go for walks. Bonnee Lou can also find the car a bit stressful. Her foster family are certain with repeated positive exposure to these things Bonnee Lou will thrive as she is such a happy girl and just wants to be by your side as much as she can.

Bonnee Lou is crate trained and sleeps through the night with no accidents. Her toilet training is coming along well, with barely any accidents.

We know with a bit of time and effort Bonnee Lou is going to make the most loyal, intelligent, sweet and loving forever companion.
