About Zion
Hello there, my name is Zion! I'm a big, beautiful boy looking for my new home!
I'd suit a home with owners who are ready for big paws, big beds and big... cuddles! I'd love to be included as part of the family, coming both inside and outdoors, as well as joining you for regular walks, or simply snuggling up on a nice soft bed by your feet in the evening.
There is still much to learn about this big, beautiful world. I would benefit from ongoing positive reinforcement training to help me be the best dog I can be! Training takes time, practice and patience, along with lots of love and yummy treats which is all I will ask from you.
I know sometimes you have to go out, if you leave me with some fun toys, yum treats, fresh water bowl and a sheltered, snuggly bed, I should be safe and happy until you get home. I do like having a dental stick just before sleep time at night.
Rest is also important! An active dog like me needs my beauty sleep, so I can keep giving life my all! Having a nice, quiet safe space, like my own bed, to catch some much-needed Zzz's after a big day of fun and play would be ideal!

Adoption Process
First, email and enquire about the animal you are looking at to find out more information. Your enquiry will be passed to either the cat or dog team, and you will receive contact from the foster carer to arrange a meet and greet, where possible. We do offer trials for our adult animals for up to a week, so you can ensure that the animal is going to be suited to your home. All our animals are located in Townsville, North Queensland. If you are interstate or not a local, the Angel-Paws Inc. team are more than happy to answer as many questions you have about the animal to ensure they are the right one for you. We are also able to provide more pictures from the animals foster carers to assist you on your decision. The rest of the adoption process all depends on those first steps.
