Meet Chicken Snitzel. If he could say a few words to a potential new owner I think they would be ‘please care for me and I won’t be any trouble. I will listen and do as I’m told I don’t need much attention but I do like to be around my people where I feel safe and secure. I love my food and excuse my manners as for a long time I didn’t know where my next meal was coming from. I can give you space when you need it, but also cuddle up when you need a hug too, I’ve got lots of love to give, I’d love to be your new best friend’.

Chicken Snitzel was found as a stray. Who knows how long he had to survive by himself. He is a Soft natured, very intelligent and obedient Whippet x Bull Arab, he will quickly become your best and most loyal companion. He has been living in foster care in a home with another dog, an 8 year old child as well as a cat with no problems. Also good with visitors, he’s very polite and non reactive (he loves them and they love him), he has shown no signs of chewing, digging, nuisance barking, stealing things or ignoring your commands. He listens and does as he’s told, he will not toilet inside, he’s very clean and house trained.

He is not overly energetic, but can be playful and loves a nice walk. He is generally well mannered on the lead but has been reactive to other dogs. This is something he will need to continue to work on.

He loves a cuddle and being with you, he is not used to being left alone for long periods, but once he is used to a routine he will get used to your absences. He will just want somewhere nice to snooze. A nice spot on the couch, a bed or a nice sunny spot in the garden would all be perfect!

He’ll offer you that sense of security at home you might be craving, or that reason to get out and be more active or just the company you need. He’ll excel with that sense of purpose of being there for you.
