About Tonka

Hilarious, gentle and playful, tiny Tonka is a total star who'll fit in anywhere!
This sweet kitty loves following you around the house and closely investigating whatever you're doing. She's always rolling around and showing her pretty belly for a pat.
Tonka's also a great one-purrson welcoming committee when you come home - trotting to the door to greet you every time, even if she's been snoozing and still has her sleepy face on!
Like all Maggie's pets, Tonka is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I think I'll be happy in any home that provides lots of love, affection and playtime! I love hanging out with you, but I'm also happy to do my own thing when you're out so I'm pretty low-maintenance overall :)
My foster mum reckons I'd be a good candidate for harness training, and I must admit heading out on adventures with my humans does sound amazing!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm the purrfect mix of zoomies and snoozies, and I LOVE interactive play!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Excellent!
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I'd enjoy living with another friendly cat or two!
Not sure about dogs, as I haven't had any experience with them.

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
