About Abbie
Meet Abbie, a dynamic and spirited feline with a personality that's sure to keep you entertained. Abbie is a ball of energy who thrives on playful aggression, making her an engaging companion for those who love an active cat. She's independent and can be a bit wary initially, preferring affection on her own terms. However, don't let this deter you—Abbie's unique charm lies in the journey of earning her trust and the rewarding bond that follows.
Abbie is a meticulous groomer and a consistent litter box user, making her a perfect addition to any home that values cleanliness. Comfortable with new people visiting, she isn't shy about approaching them for a quick pet—but be warned, she's not a fan of being picked up or handled too much. With a little time and patience, we are confident that Abbie will become more snuggly as she learns to trust.
In terms of play, Abbie's eyes light up with joy when she's around her toys. She has a particular fondness for playing on her own but truly revels in interactive play sessions involving strings or cat sticks with dangling toys. Her enthusiasm for play will keep both you and Abbie entertained for hours.
If you have a home that appreciates an independent yet affectionate-at-heart cat, Abbie is the one for you. With her lively spirit and meticulous habits, she's an ideal companion for someone who values the unique blend of independence and affection that only a cat like Abbie can offer.

Adoption details
When someone contacts us to apply for an animal we will send an application form to be completed. When we receive a completed application form we will share this with the foster carer to approve the applicant.
We will then organise a meet & greet with the applicant and the foster carer to meet the animal, learn about their routine, behaviours and what they eat, drink, etc.
After the meet & greet the applicant is contacted to see if they want to proceed with the application and the foster carer approves the applicant.
We will then complete paperwork, payment, and organise a time to have the animal picked up.
Animals are then adopted on a 2 week trial, during which we stay in touch and provide support for the new adopter.
Once adopted we will send through vet records & paperwork and transfer their microchip.
We offer communication and support throughout the fostering & adoption process.
