About Rosie
Rosie
DSH Calico/White
D.O.B. 02/12/2021
Desexed Female
Acquired: 27/07/2023
Meet Rosie, an enchanting Domestic Short Hair (DSH) Calico/White kitty with a heart as vibrant as her stunning coat. We lovingly call her "Firecracker," a sweet-natured and affectionate girl who is eagerly searching for a new family. Born on February 12, 2021, Rosie is a desexed female and is ready for a smooth transition to her new home.
Rosie might be a tad shy at first, but don't let that fool you. Once she gets to know you, her true colours shine through, revealing a playful and romping spirit that will fill your days with joy and laughter. She adores interaction, whether it's chasing after a toy mouse or curling up for a good cuddle session. Her affectionate nature means she longs for a loving family that she can adore and be adored by in return.
Rosie is looking for a home where she can feel secure and cherished. With a little patience and a lot of love, she will blossom into the most loyal and loving companion you could wish for. So, are you ready to open your heart and home to this charming firecracker? Adopt Rosie, and we promise you won't regret it.

Adoption details
If there is a cat/dog you would be interested in adopting that you have seen online or met at our Adoption Centres, you will need to fill out an Expression of interest. You can do this at the Centres or online at: https://friendsofthepound.com/adoption-expression-of-interest/
We only adopt out cats and dogs to locations that are within 2 hours driving distance.
If you are a homeowner, we need a copy of your Rates Notice. If you have a Body Corp, we need their written permission that cat/dog ownership is allowed.
If you are in a rental we need written permission from the Home owner/Letting Agent. The letter needs to be dated within the last week and state the property address, the name of the Occupant (adopter-to-be) and how long you have been at the property.
We cannot accept deposits and no hold can be put on a cat/dog.
All adoptions need to be approved by our Cat, Kitten or Dog Coordinators or Management so you might not be able to adopt the cat or dog at the time you meet them.
We aim to match the cats/dogs with the most suitable owner and home environment. Our goal is to have the cats and dogs go to a home where they can spend their entire lives, which could be up to 20 years or more for a kitten, and 15-20 years for a puppy.
