Meet Josie, an incredibly outgoing and friendly dog who's ready to find her new family. Josie is a social butterfly who absolutely adores people. Her heartwarming enthusiasm and loving nature will make her the perfect addition to any home that craves constant canine companionship and affection.
Josie enjoys going on walks and exploring her surroundings. She loves nothing more than the feel of grass beneath her paws and the wind in her fur. Despite her playful energy, Josie has a wonderfully balanced personality that includes being a bit of a “lounge lizard.” She relishes at home; after playtime, you’ll often find her lounging and napping comfortably.
Josie would do best as the only dog in your home to soak up all the attention and love for herself. She's very friendly to everyone she meets, and her affectionate nature makes her an ideal match for a family or individual who can shower her with the love and fun she deserves.

Our animals are rescued from various pounds and shelters and placed in Foster Care until a permanent home can be found. Our volunteer Foster Carers are located throughout Sydney, Australia and are only too happy to assist you.
DCH Animal Adoptions relies solely on our adoption fees and the generous support of the community to continue our rescue work. Many times, we are faced with large veterinary bills due to the illness and injury that comes along with looking after pound rescues.
