About Dusty
Meet Dusty, this lady has a very sad story of how she came about needing to find a new home. At 11 years old, she’s in search of a new home due to her beloved owner’s battle with dementia, which has made it impossible for them to care for her. The pound reached out to Little Paws Kitten Rescue to see if we could help her find her new loving family. Though Dusty has come from a quieter environment, she’s adjusting beautifully to the hustle and bustle of the cattery, proving her adaptability and resilience.
The first thing that you will notice about this darling lady, is she is a beautiful ginger, and she has had the name Dusty for a while, so she does respond to it. She is very affectionate and loves a good head scritch, if you stop, she will look at you with her eyes wide open and sweet little face to let you know that she requires some more pats.
Dusty’s affectionate nature shines through in her daily interactions with her foster carer. She’s likely to be a wonderful companion for anyone working from home, content to snooze beside you or bask in a sun puddle she discovers around the house.
Dusty is a beautiful cat with years of love to give to the lucky family who opens up their hearts and home to her.
If you need a special lady in your life to keep you company she would love to meet you.
All Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens come to you vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, flea treated, and litter trained. As we are a rescue group, the adoption fee is not negotiable. Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens are indoor or cat enclosure only and must go to homes that intend them to stay that way, this is for their safety and health of the cat or kitten and for the environment. It is our foster carer’s choice as to which home a cat or kitten goes to. We match the cats and kittens to the adoptee; we do not necessarily “sell” to the first caller. As our foster carers are all volunteers raising the cats and kittens in their own home, we would appreciate you let them know if you cannot make an appointment.
