Roger starts his day with a burst of excitement but give him a little time and he calms down, revealing his gentler side. He is a smart pup who learns quickly and can sit on command impressively. Treat time is a breeze as Roger takes treats ever so gently, and his food motivation makes him a straightforward candidate for further training which is handy to train him out of his jumpy phase. Although toys don’t quite pique his interest, he’s always open to new experiences and might learn to adore them with a bit of encouragement.

In addition to his striking intelligence, Roger is very friendly with other dogs and would fit right into a home with children. However, a secure yard is a must as Roger has shown some fence-jumping antics whilst with us.
