Hi I’m Oats or Oaty is what my foster mum calls me.
I arrived to the rescue with my brother and sister but they have already found their new home.
I used to live outside on a rural farm so I am still getting used to the comforts of inside city living.
I’m adapting pretty quickly and I have to other two cats here to learn from.
I really like the cats here so would be happy to join your family if you already have a friendly cat.
I am happy to be around and be apart of the family.
I am always close to where the people are and are happy to sleep next to you but Im just not really comfortable with being pickup yet.
I just need a little more time and a family willing to give me some space till I feel safe and secure in my new home.

Adoption Process
Once you have decided you would like to meet or apply for one of our pets, we email out our Adoption Application. We ask that the Adoption Process be read and if comfortable with how we adopt, complete the application and email it back for processing. This takes approximately 5-7 days. If approved the pet will come for a 6 week trial for cats and 3 week trial for dogs . We believe it takes that long for a pet to settle. If all goes well during the trial and you wish to finalise the adoption we email all vet certificates and change of microchip forms. We believe in matching the right pet with the right home so your application does not guarantee an approval.
