About Moose

Moose is a gorgeous little tabby who promises to make anyone who meets him fall in love! He is very confident and will instantly approach you for pats and cuddles. Moose loves to play before crashing in your nap for a nap (complete with the cutest little snores)!!
My Ideal Home:
Moose would love a home with his sister Molly or another friendly cat. If he is rehomed as a solo kitten, he will need someone who is home a lot so he doesn't get lonely. As with all Hunter Animal Rescue cats, he needs to be rehomed as indoor only or in a secure cat enclosure.
What is Known About My Background:
Moose was brought into care with his mum and 5 siblings before entering foster care. He is desexed and up-to-date with vaccinations and parasite treatments.
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets:
Moose loves other cats. He should be fine with a cat friendly dog. Moose is confident and gentle so will be fine with children.

Adoption details
Applicants will be required to complete and submit an Adoption form from https://www.hunteranimalrescue.com.au
HAR uses the details in this form to select the most appropriate family for our animals. This form allows us to get to know you, your home, your family, lifestyle and level of experience with pets.
Adoptions are NOT approved on a first come first served basis. The adoption process can be lengthy by the time we process all expressions of interest.
HAR Adoption Process
1- Carer will assess and arrange a meet and greet with suitable applicants.
2- If the meet and greet is successful, a yard/home inspection is conducted.
3- If your yard/home passes inspection, the adoption fee is paid, paperwork completed and a 2 week trial period is arranged.
4- On successful completion of the trial period HAR will submit paperwork to Local Council for processing.
Adoption fee includes:- mandatory de-sexing, microchip, vaccination, vet check, flea and worm treatment.
