About Hermione
Meet Hermione, a 6-month-old puppy who is as sweet as can be and absolutely stunning. With her bright eyes and playful spirit, she's sure to steal your heart in no time. Hermione is still young and full of energy, which means she's eager to learn and grow into a well-mannered, loyal companion. With a bit of training, she'll quickly pick up on all the good habits that will make her an ideal family member.
Hermione has a deep love for exploring, turning even the simplest walks into exciting adventures. She's also incredibly social and adores the company of other dogs, making her a perfect fit for a home with another canine companion. Her playful nature and friendly demeanor mean she'll thrive in a household where she can share her days with both two-legged and four-legged friends.
For families with kids who are happy to have a shadow that follows them around, Hermione will be a dream come true. She's the kind of dog who will joyfully tag along on every adventure, always ready to offer her love and companionship. If you're looking for a young dog who's ready to fill your home with joy, Hermione is the one for you.
To book a meet and greet with Hermione please phone 5441-2209 or email barcreception@bendigo.vic.gov.au . Due to the high volume of emails received, enquiries with a request for a specific appointment with phone details included will receive a response as priority over generic applications which state they are interested in meeting an animal.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
