Carbon is a lively and friendly 2-year-old Jack Russell Terrier mix who’s ready to find his forever home! He’s a social butterfly, getting along well with other dogs and thriving in environments where he can interact and play. Whether it’s a game of tug-of-war or a good old-fashioned fetch session, Carbon is always up for some fun!

What Carbon Brings to the Table:
- Dog-Friendly: Carbon loves making new canine friends and is a star at the dog park.
- House & Crate Trained: He’s got the basics down, so you can relax knowing he’s well-mannered indoors.
- Travel Enthusiast: Carbon enjoys car rides and travels like a pro, making him a perfect companion for adventures.

Training & Behavior:
- Tug-of-War & Fetch: These are Carbon’s favorite games, and he’ll keep you entertained with his playful energy.
- Walks: While Carbon loves his walks, he’s still learning to walk nicely on a leash, so some patience and training will go a long way.
- Recall & Commands: Carbon is working on his recall skills but can already sit like a champ.
- Gentle Eater: He’s polite at mealtime, though he might be a bit particular about his treats.

Things to Note:
- No Small Children: Carbon is a bit jumpy, so a home without children under 12 is ideal.
- Not a Cuddler: While Carbon isn’t one to snuggle, he loves to be close to his person and will always be by your side.
- Outdoor Enthusiast: Carbon loves being outside but also needs access to the indoors. A home with high fences is essential as he’s quite the jumper!
- Not Tested with Cats or Pocket Pets: We haven’t tested Carbon with smaller animals, so this is something to consider.

Special Requirements:
- High Fences: Carbon’s jumping skills mean he needs a secure yard with tall fencing.
- Continued Training: A family willing to continue Carbon’s leash and recall training would be ideal.

Carbon is in foster care in Maryland, NSW. He is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, and microchipped. Adoption fee is $700.
