About Venus
Miss Venus is a three-year-old beauty who is super sweet, very charming and an expert at chilling out. She loves to rub her adorable self contentedly against every piece of furniture or object she comes across including rubbing affectionately against her humans, which is no problem for her people, as she is deliciously fluffy and soft!
The name Venus originates from the Roman goddess of beauty and love which is just perfect for this pretty and loving girl. She loves her dangly toys, especially the ball hanging from the cat tree and the wiggly pom pom on a string. Venus likes to perch atop the cat tree or position herself at the windows where she can keep a good eye on things both inside and outside the home.
Venus is a clever little lady who has worked herself out a good routine in foster care. She will spend nights sleeping in the living room, seemingly taking the night shift, keeping a watchful eye on her kingdom. When her humans wake up, she greets them with morning snuggles and cuddles and then finds a warm, snuggly and dark hidey hole, usually within the wardrobe, to take a long snooze, leaving the humans in charge of security for a a few hours. After her beauty sleep, she hangs out, plays, watches the world for a bit and, of course, makes lots of biscuits. She is a very enthusiastic biscuit maker! Then, in the evening, it's time for couch snuggles with her humans while they watch TV (and maybe making a few more bickies).
Venus is a real delight and a wonderful hang-out buddy. She loves her people but is also happy to entertain herself and chill out while they are busy. She will easily become your best friend with a few cuddles and some tasty treats!
