About Luna SUK012823
Meet Luna, a delicate soul with a heart full of love just waiting for the right person to unlock it. Luna is shy and timid when meeting new people and in new environments, but give her some time to settle in, and you'll discover a playful and affectionate young girl. Her gentle and quiet nature makes her an ideal feline family member for a serene and calm home.
Luna is familiar with living alongside other friendly felines and respectful canines, making her adaptable to a multi-pet household. However, she startles easily and doesn't enjoy loud noise, so she would do best in a home without children. A peaceful setting will provide her with the comfort and security she needs to truly thrive.
This sweet girl has a playful side that comes out once she feels safe and loved. Whether it's chasing a feather toy or batting a ball around, Luna will keep you entertained with her delightful antics. And don’t forget her absolute favorite treat: Greenies! Offering these tasty morsels is a quick way to her heart.
If your home echoes with the calm and quiet that Luna craves, she might just be the perfect addition to your family.

Adoption details
Simply note the ID number and the cats name and visit our hostel at 200 Elder Street in Greensborough. Alternatively you can call the hostel on 8457 6500. We are currently open Mon-Fri 10am-4pm / Sat-Sun 10am-3pm.
You should bring proof of your current address and preferably photo identification such as your driving license. You can only adopt a cat for yourself we do not allow animals to leave with third parties. If you are wishing to adopt a cat as a present for someone, bring them with you as cats are individuals and bond with different people in different ways, the cat you may choose, may not choose your friend! It is also important to allocate time for adoption and we recommend you allow at least a couple of hours to get to know the cat and do the necessary paperwork.
When you visit you will get to meet the cat and as this is a very important decision for both you and the cat you choose we will want to ensure the two of you are compatible and that you understand what will be involved in taking the cat into your home.
We will want to be satisfied that you are prepared to be a responsible pet owner. Responsible pet owners at the most basic level, have their pets registered, micro-chipped and de-sexed unless they are registered breeders. They also understand the issues involved in being able to properly care and take responsibility for the welfare of their pets. Most Councils in Victoria have limits on the numbers of cats you may own without a permit. It is important to check with your Council if you already own the limit and obtain a permit for the extra cat before adoption. We will require to see your permit.
We will answer any questions you have regarding cat care and help you to obtain any support you may need.
