About Ziggy - 10 Week Old Cattle Dog X Weimaraner
Meet Ziggy, 10-week-old Cattle x Weimaraner mixed breed with a charming stumpy tail, who is seeking his forever family!
This feisty and fun-loving pup will bring a splash of excitement to any household. Ziggy is not only playful and absolutely adorable, but also incredibly clever, and gets along well with people, kids, and dogs of all sizes. He is crate-trained, sleeps through the night, and uses the doggy door like a pro.
He might be small, but Ziggy is full of character and ready for adventure. Ziggy is the perfect companion for a family ready to embrace his vibrant personality. He loves his snuggles and cuddles and also can keep himself entertained for hours exploring and playing with his toys. If you’re looking for a pup who will add joy and energy to your life, Ziggy is your guy! He will be sure to steal your heart.
**Ziggy will grow up to be a medium dog. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training.
**It would be a big plus if you have a friendly adult dog as a teacher, companion and playmate for Ziggy. If you don't have another dog to keep him company, then there needs to be someone in the household that doesn't work full time.
Ziggy needs to be welcome inside when people are home, and to sleep inside. He will be wonderful family dog and is suitable for children 5 years and older. You need a decent yard with good fencing with no small gaps. He can't go to rural fencing (eg: mesh or wire).
Ziggy's adoption fee is $700 which includes his desexing when he is old enough. It also includes his first two vaccinations. He has been treated for fleas and worms, and is microchipped.
Ziggy in foster care in Newcastle NSW. Since he is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. He'll need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing before the age of 6 months old.
To apply to meet Ziggy, please fill out our Adoption Questionnaire https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
