Mr. Handsome Face is excited to begin his search for love.

This wonderful boy was found roaming the streets of Melbourne in pretty poor condition. He has lost a lot of hair, his coat had not been taken care of and he had sore eyes and ears. The wonderful vets at The Lost Dogs' Home took him under their wing and christened him "Mr. Handsome Face" giving him all of the love and attention to help him be ready for a forever home!

Mr. Handsome Face was so shy when he came in, being so sore, all he wanted to do was sit on his bed. As he has started to feel better we have seen his true personality sneak through. He adores toys, they are his favourite thing in the whole world. Currently his most cherished toy is a string of soft sausages. He will throw them around and play independently, but what he would really love is someone to play with him. He is ball obsessed too! This boy comes alive with play things - we can't wait for you to watch.

A dog like Mr. Handsome Face is going to be such an enjoyment as you watch him blossom into who he was supposed to be. He is still a little shy and cautious and would prefer a quiet home in which he can take the time to come out of his shell with gentle encouragement. He is still a little too worried about life to have a dog or cat friend in the home so we recommend he is given some time to really settle in before having any slow, positive introductions to other animals (in the future he way love a friend!).

He is a smart boy, he can sit, he can drop, he can shake!

Mr. Handsome Face would love to have a home where he gets to spend his days with access to the outdoors and a warm cozy space indoors at night. A daily stroll around the neighbourhood and lots of enrichment-style toys will do wonders in building this beautiful man's confidence!
