Hello, I'm Aquina! the sun-loving, belly-rub-craving, long-legged lass. I'm a bit shy but don't let that fool you, I'm as playful as a pup can be!, you'll get a loyal friend who loves to play and cuddle. You'll never have a dull moment with me!

I'm a little shy but once I get to know you, I'm all wags and wiggles. I love to explore and am learning to use my doggy door. It's a big world out there and I'm eager to sniff out every corner of it. I'm also quite playful, always ready for a game of fetch or a tug-of-war with my favorite rope toy. But after playtime, I'm all about the cuddles. I'm a sweetheart who loves attention. I'm curious about everything and everyone.

Want to know more about how you teach a pup to be a great dog? I’d like to do training every day so that I learn the commands of sit, stay, come, down, no, stop and leave it. And once I’ve learnt them, I need to keep practicing them every day too. That way I’ll learn to obey what you tell me to do. Being consistent and clear with your boundaries will mean I always know the right way to behave. Getting out to exercise at least once a day (and twice for working dog breeds) is vital to stimulate my brain and body. It creates important opportunities for me to meet strangers, other dogs and other animals, plus it tires me out! Tell me “no” if I’m chewing something I shouldn’t and give me a chew toy instead. I’d love to have a range of chew toys that you can swap around so I don’t get bored with them.

 
I CAN FLY TO PERTH!

Flying for a few hours is very important for animals in remote locations, because it gives us the opportunity to be adopted. Talk to SAFE about flying me to you in Perth.
