About Craig
***WE'RE ALWAYS ON THE LOOKOUT FOR FOSTER CARERS TO HELP US OUT SO IF YOU THINK YOU CAN PROVIDE A TEMPORARY HOME FOR ONE OF OUR BEAUTIFUL CATS PLEASE LET US KNOW. THE MORE CARERS WE HAVE AVAILABLE TO LEND A HAND THE MORE CATS WE CAN HELP REHOME***
This handsome little fella is Craig and he's on the lookout for his new forever home.
This little legend is very sweet, very gentle, very loving and very affectionate. He absolutely adores human company and is always in the mood for a cuddle and a pat. He was previously living as an indoor / outdoor cat but is now currently living mostly indoors and enjoying the comfort.
Craig loves to sit on your lap and watch TV with you, curl up in bed with you and will rub up against you legs when he's in the mood for attention. He's the type of cat that will bond strongly with his person and love them deeply.
He is a very well behaved and low maintenance cat who enjoys chilling out and doing his own thing when you're not around but loves to be near you when you're home. He has a very relaxed and easy going personality and has quickly adapted to walking on a lead and harness in his new foster home.
Sadly Craig has been attacked by several dogs through his lifetime and naturally has been left traumatized by this so cannot be in a household that has K9's at all. But fortunately this has not affected his gentle nature and love for humans.
Craig was owned by a lovely older woman whose mental capacity was sadly declining with age and as a result she kept forgetting about Craig and adopting dogs, which stressed him out to no end. So Craig's extended family decided it was time to remove him from this less than ideal environment and find him a nice quiet home to live out his golden years.
He also gets scared by loud noises so we would love to find Craig a home in a quiet household, in a quiet neighborhood.
But despite his past trauma Craig is still one of the sweetest little guys you'll ever meet. His foster family love him so much they may even consider adopting him.
Craig is currently on thyroid medication but takes his tablets very easily. We're hoping now that he's in a less stressful environment and with the right nutrition he will no longer be needing the medication in the not too distant future.
This little gentleman would be the perfect fit for a retiree or home body that wants to fill their household with an abundance of unconditional love and joy.
Craig is approximately 14 years old and has been desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and is available for adoption right meow.
If you think you have the room in your heart and your home to provide this gorgeous fella with a great life please let us know and we’ll be more than happy to arrange a time for you to meet and fall in love with him.

A little about us:
Urban Feline Australia is a newly established cat rescue service, run by one passionate individual with the help of friends and volunteers, that is dedicated to keeping cats out of kill shelters and helping them find loving forever homes. We specialize in helping "surrenders" which are cats that have lived with humans previously but for one reason or another their owners are unfortunately no longer able to look after them. We take your pets into our amazing cat sanctuary where they're treated with love and affection until the right forever home is found for them.
Urban Feline Australia is not a large company with government resources, a large facility and a lot of staff. Our tiny rescue is a one man operation run from the safety of our own home. We do this for the love of animals and our only agenda is to save as many cats as we can. We rely heavily on cooperation from friends, other rescues, our amazing foster carers and the kindness of strangers to survive. Every cent we receive from donations and adoption fees is used to keep our rescue running and cover the cost of food, water, litter, equipment and vet bills for the animals in our care.
We are doing as much as we can right now but our dream is to one day be able to purchase a larger property or facility that would allow us to be able to save the lives of many more cats in need. Perhaps even open a cat cafe so that we can spread our message to a wider audience.
We have recently created a Go Fund Me towards this end so if you would like to donate towards our cause please follow the below link.
