Tish

Native to the countries of southern Africa, and renowned for being able to stand upright on two back legs, the Meerkat is one of the cutest animals in the animal kingdom.

With Tish your not getting a dog....your getting your own Meerkat! Not only is she the cuddliest little girl...but she can balance on two feet!

Found cold and abandoned on the street this girl hasn't had the easiest start to life, but at just over 4 years old Tish is ready for a new lease on life!

Whilst Meerkats are usually pack animals, Tish much prefers her human companions, and would need to be only dog in the house. However, over time Tish would greatly benefit from socialisation with similar-sized dogs.

Because of her small size and shy temperament, children can often overwhelm Tish, and she would need to go to an adults-only household. Additionally, Tish would need to go home with adopters who are willing to be patient with her whilst she settles in.

Once she warms up Tish is the sweetest little girl, who is bound to be the best lap dog, but she just needs time to understand she is safe. With lots of treats and encouragement Tish will warm up to you in no time.
