About Aspen
If you’re looking for a Maremma with a difference, Aspen could be the dog for you. This loveable 1.5 year old secretly is a Labrador in disguise.
Aspen is a friendly, gentle giant, happy to greet everyone from the vet to the neighbours and postie. He loves playing with the resident dogs, and happily defers to the terrier (aka gremlin). He has met the household cat, horses and goats under supervision. He hasn’t shown much interest in them but is excited around feathered friends.
He enjoys a good run but has an excellent off switch, and loves relaxing inside at night with the household. Aspen is crate trained, toilet trained and walks beautifully on a lead. He travels well in the car and is gentle with food.
Aspen is super social so would love a home where he’s part of the family. Although he doesn’t have typical Maremma traits, he would suit a place with a bit of space as he does have a deep bark.
If Aspen sounds like the boy for you, please send in an application today!
Aspen is located in QLD.

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
