Willie

Willie is a beautiful boy, his breed is Labrador x Staffy
Willie has found himself in a desperate situation, his family were served with a "no grounds eviction notice" , and had to move to Queensland to stay with family.
Willie has been staying in a boarding kennels for the last month, but he now only has one week before his boarding time is finished, his family have no options for poor Willie
He has mostly lived outside, so would need help with toilet training, but we are told he did sleep with the school age children in their beds on the cold winter nights.
Willie can be left during work hours, he has no separation anxiety, and has coped well living in kennels, but his time is coming to an end, so we need to find him a home urgently.
He loves to play, and he loves to go for a run. He walks well on the lead, and would thrive if provided some guidance and training.
He does not like thunder, but as he has always lived outside, he has managed to find a safe place to hide during storms.
Willie is very affectionate, he has lived with primary school children in the home, he would be missing his family, so we are going to try our best to find him his forever home.
Willie has not been socialized since he was attacked in a dog park when he was a puppy, but the boarding kennel staff have advised he can be walked past other dogs behind a fence. and does not react .
