Buddy is a lively 3-year-old cattle dog cross with an undeniable zest for life. Recently rescued from the Rockhampton Pound, he's gone from facing a grim fate to being full of life and love, eager for a fresh start with a family that can match his energy and spirit. Currently residing in the Hervey Bay area, Buddy is on the lookout for a foster or foster-to-adopt home where he can truly shine.

Buddy is a high-energy dog whose excitement for life is contagious. Though he requires some guidance to help him focus and settle down, his enthusiasm is a joy to experience. He's recently been neutered and has been diligently recovering, with his Elizabethan collar set to come off on Thursday, August 22nd. While Buddy's high spirits sometimes lead to barking and excitable behavior, he is a dog who genuinely wants to learn and be loved.
