NAME: Bonnie

BEFORE RESCUE: Came to SAFE Esperance from the pound with her mum and siblings.

PERSONALITY: very sweet and loving!

FAVOURITE THINGS: Bonnie absolutely loves pats; her and her sister Boa will head butt their foster parent's hand and demand pats as soon as they come into the room. They are both big smoochers, and enjoy getting lots of pats and cuddles and snuggling up on the couch with their foster carers. She also loves to play! Her and her sister will tear around their foster room, climbing, throwing toys around and chasing each other. Bonnie is the less agile of the two, but it is very cute watching her try to catch the toy.

OTHER ANIMALS: Bonnie gets along really well with her sister, and they would make a great pair! They have also met the resident cats and although the sisters are keen to be friends the resident cats are not. They have also met dogs and don't seem to mind them.

ESSENTIALS for Bonnie:

** A loving home where she’s given time initially to settle in and get comfortable, then gets plenty of attention but is treated gently.

** Adopters that understand that she is a little timid to begin with and will need to be given time to trust them before she will show her full personality.

** Bonnie needs to be kept as an inside only cat or have access to a secure outside cat run.

ADOPTION FEE – $250

Adoption fee includes vet check, sterilisation, first f3 vaccination, flea and worm treatment and microchip, including the transfer of ownership.

ADOPTION DETAILS

After applying, one of our SAFE coordinators will be in touch to arrange for you to meet with the cat/kitten or to talk to their carer for more information.

Our adoption process includes a two-week trial to ensure your chosen pet is the right fit for your home. After a successful trial period, SAFE Esperance will arrange transfer of ownership on your new pet’s microchip and email copies of their vet records out to you.
