About Broulee
Brulee is a lovely little 1.5 year old yellow kelpie that found herself in the Council CAF through no fault of her own.
Brulee is as sweet as sugar, with her gorgeous green eyes and adorable pale nose. She will make you fall in love instantly.
Being a working breed, Brulee has high energy. She will need lots of daily exercise and stimulation to stop her from getting bored. She is responding well to training and is a fast learner. Brulee loves to come inside of a night and is polite around the house. She will go to and stay on her bed when asked. She sleeps soundly in the laundry all night.
Brulee loves going for a drive in the car and is quite offended when she can't go with you. She is being fostered on a farm with young children ( 8 and 6) and is great with everyone and everything. She is very gentle with the children, she likes to herd the chickens quietly around the yard but will leave them alone when told. She likes the cat, although has been told off by him on several occasions. She idolises the family kelpie; wanting to be just like her when she is a big girl and she is sensible around the livestock and horses.
We feel Brulee would best be suited to a quieter home. She does seek a quiet place when the kids of the house are getting rowdy and loud noises can be scary.
Although she can be timid at times, she responds amazingly to lots of affection and reassurance and this is resulting in her growing in confidence every day.
Brulee is desexed, microchipped, C5 vaccinated and treated for fleas, ticks and internal parasites.
If you are interested in possibly adopting Brulee, you will need to be prepared to travel to the Bega Valley to meet her. If you already have a family dog or dogs, you will need to bring them with you.
