With his gentle disposition and playful spirit, Gary is the perfect companion for families of all kinds.

This wonderful little guy has a charming habit of pawing at your leg when he needs something! He's also a fan of cozying up in his crate when it's bedtime, making him the perfect snuggle buddy at night.

Gary has lived with an adult dog before and is curious and friendly, so he'd do well in a home with another dog who can be his mentor. He might even be able to share his space with cats, as long as his new family is committed to ongoing management and gentle introductions.

While we're not certain of Gary's full-grown size, he'll likely be on the larger side, so he'll need plenty of space to romp and play. He's still exploring the world, so ongoing positive reinforcement training and socialisation are essential to help him grow into a well-rounded dog.

On the Pet Rescue profile, push the "Enquire About This Pet" button. Follow the prompts to "send enquiry now" and in the message section please tell us all about you and your home. Ensure you tell us about anything specific that you feel makes you a great match for this particular pet, or if you have specific requirements for a pet coming into your home. We aim to reply to all applications within 7 business days and will confirm with all applicants once we have an adoption meet booked for the animal. All of our meet and greets occur at the adoption center in Craigieburn, and all going well you will take home your pet on the day of the meet. Thank you!
