Meet Beau, the sweet, affectionate and energetic Boxer who will melt your heart!

Beau is always by his human’s side, whether it's sitting on your lap or showering you with those big, slobbery Boxer kisses. He adores pats, especially scratches behind the ears, and will happily lean in for more.

This playful boy loves nothing more than playing tug of war, chasing after balls, and racing around the park doing his famous Boxer zoomies. He enjoys car rides and one of his favourite treats is a Kong toy filled with biscuits and topped with peanut butter.

At bedtime, Beau loves to sleep next to you, making sure his legs are touching yours—how sweet is that? ❤️

While Beau's exuberant nature is one of his charms, it also means he can be boisterous at times. He is, however, an excellent guard dog and will promptly alert you when a stranger approaches the door.

Beau is intelligent and already knows basic commands like sit, stay, and drop. He knows how to use a doggy door and is toilet trained but would benefit from further training to help him reach his full potential. He needs a strong, boxer experienced leader who can provide the structure and boundaries necessary for his continued development.

It's important to note that Beau struggles to read other dogs' cues, which can lead to reactivity. Because of this, he would do best in a home without other pets initially. He's good with children, but due to his strength and tendency to jump, a home with kids aged 10+ would be more suitable. A large backyard would also be ideal to accommodate his need for exercise and play.
