About Callie
Meet Callie, a delightful 4-and-a-half-year-old Cavalier with a heart as sweet as her expressive eyes. This affectionate and outgoing pup captures hearts wherever she goes, making her an ideal companion for any loving household. Callie thrives on human interaction and is known for her gentle nature, ensuring she quickly becomes a beloved member of any family she joins.
Callie walks beautifully on a lead, although her inquisitive nature might see her pulling slightly to investigate intriguing scents and sights. She would flourish in a home where she can explore comfortably and safely, perhaps even with a secure backyard to satisfy her curiosity. Callie is a social butterfly who gets along well with other pets, both dogs and cats alike, and would be especially delighted to have a doggy friend to share her adventures and snuggles.
While Callie's adoration for people is evident, she tends to feel anxious in new environments and needs gentle reassurance to help her feel secure. But once she settles in, her joyful and loving spirit truly shines. Her affectionate personality makes her an excellent companion for families, couples, or individuals who can provide a stable and supportive home environment.
If you're looking for a loyal, sweet-natured dog who loves to bask in affection and playtime with furry friends, Callie might just be the perfect addition to your home. She is more than ready to embark on a new journey filled with love, companionship, and plenty of tail-wagging moments.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
